SAMMY RAE AND THE FRIENDS LIVE!! | RITZ VENUE

On the 20th of February, the Ritz had a nearly sold-out show, and what a show did the artist have in store for the crowd. First to take the stage was Erin & The Wildfire. And wow, they did not disappoint. As soon as Erin started to sing, you could feel the heart and soul of the music. The band was fantastic, along with her backup singers. I was personally taken back by how Erin and The Wildfire sounded. I was not ready for the music to come! To try and describe their sound would be a misjustice of how they sounded. The crowd loved every song, even singing along to the song they knew. They engaged the crowd and kept smiles on all their music fans faces.

Erin and the Wildfire

After Erin and The Wildfire great performance it was time for moment everyone was waiting for, Sammy Rae and The Friends took the stage. The crowd went nuts. You want to talk about commanding the stage and keeping the crowd entertained, they do it with perfection. From the first to last song, the crowd was smiling and singing along with each song performed. At one point Sammy Rae even asked the crowd what song they wanted to hear, once she heard the request, they then performed it! They also performed a cover of "Are You Gonna Be My Girl" by the band “Jet” and it was a phenomenal rendition of that song. If you have a chance to catch this 2024 tour, I highly recommend seeing Sammy Rae and the Friends live, you will not be disappointed. They are one of those rare groups that sound just as good live or even better than their studio recordings. So, check them out in a city near you!
